Some food stamp recipients will see a decrease in benefits because of a federal cost of living adjustment for 2018. Sam Guillory with the State Department of Children and Family Services says about 86-thousand of the 410-thousand Louisiana households which receive SNAP benefits will see an average monthly reduction of $6.50..:
