U.S. Senator John Kennedy has sent a letter to the Department of Revenue urging the state to seek back tax payments from Mike Edmonson after an audit found he lived rent free for the nine years when he served as Superintendent of State Police. Kennedy says the audit shows Edmonson received over 400-thousand dollars of freebees.
