Louisiana has one of the worst flu rates in the country. Dr. Frank Welch with LDH says one out of every 20 emergency room visits or doctor visits in the state are for flu like symptoms. He says it’s a good time to get the vaccine before the holidays since it takes a while to take effect…:

East Baton Rouge District Attorney Hillar Moore released the findings in the 2016 officer-involved shooting death of 48-year-old Terrell Walker. Cops believe Walker shot and killed his girlfriend on Essen Lane, then fled. Walker was later shot and killed by deputies. Moore played several 911 calls:

Moore said there was no probable cause to present the case to a Grand Jury in the matter of the death of Walker.
