State Police say a Denham Springs woman is under arrest for allegedly filing a false rape complaint against a Livingston Parish Sheriff’s deputy. They believe 38-year-old Sherri Penton had consensual relations with a deputy, but the suspect went to a hospital and said she had been raped. Senior Trooper Bryan Lee.:
