Findings by Well Being Trust show the Bayou State’s drug, alcohol and suicide rate could go up 42-percent in the next decade. Chief Policy Officer Ben Miller says their report outlines a strategy of prevention, early identification and treatment in the hopes Louisiana doesn’t see an increase in these type of deaths.
