A Baton Rouge attorney has been arrested for the second time in as many months on child pornography charges. 36-year-old Victor Loraso, who lives in Covington, is charged with 20 different counts involving possession and distribution of sexual abuse images or videos of minors. He was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail, and released on a 150-thousand-dollar bond.
