Retired Air Force Col Rob Maness isn’t ruling out another potential run for political office. He’s proud of the more than 200,000 votes he got in the November 4th US-Senate race and says now he’s throwing his support behind Republican Bill Cassidy in the runoff. Maness says the Congressman is the right man for the job…:

Meanwhile, executive director of the Louisiana Democratic Party, Stephen Handwerk, feels many people have just started paying attention to this race. He says there is a lot of support for the incumbent Senator Mary Landrieu because of what she has delivered for Louisiana:

The Republican National Committee has announced that they are sending more than 200 people to Louisiana to aid Bill Cassidy in the US Senate runoff election.

Baton Rouge PD Corporal Don Coppola says a woman is under arrest for allegedly trying to kill her fiance with a vehicle while their baby was in the car. He says 24-year-old Mictissa Moseley kicked the man out of the car before he called for another ride..:

He says Moseley admitted to trying to kill the fiance but regretted the crash while her baby was in the backseat.
