Many are in disbelief over the shooting rampage at a Texas church that killed 26 people. In 2010, a law was passed in Louisiana that allowed concealed handgun permit holders to bring a gun inside a church as long as the church leadership was fine with it. Former state representative Henry Burns wrote the law and says it also requires the individuals bringing a gun inside a church to receive eight hours of specialized training…
