An arrest has been made in the shooting death at Grambling State University this week.  Jaylin Wayne is charged with first degree murder in the alleged shooting deaths of 23-year-olds Earl Andrews and Monquiarious Caldwell.  Wayne turned himself in last night after learning he was wanted.  The shooting happened outside some dorm rooms following a disagreement.

President Trump calls the opioid crisis a “national shame” and “human tragedy” and he intends to do something about it.  By creating a public health emergency, it will allow for the prescribing of medicine commonly used to treat substance abuse.  Chief of Staff for the state department of health Andrew Tuozzlo says there is a nasal spray that is an effective and valuable tool for someone who has overdosed…
