Singer and former child actor Corey Feldman has responded to the report about he and his tour group being charged with possession of marijuana in northeast Louisiana while in town for a gig in Monroe. He tweeted that a member of his crew had medical marijuana with a legal California prescription when the Mangham Police Department pulled them over for speeding. Cops say all involved were charged, posted bond and released.
The number of teens who have died in car crashes in Louisiana has gone down by over half in the last 10 years. State Farm spokesperson Kip Diggs says kids have more restrictions on the roads now, and technology has enabled parents to become more involved in their teen’s driving habits:

Diggs says with improvements in seat belts and safety features, he expects the number of fatal crashes with drivers of all ages to go down.
Louisiana is seeing some beautiful fall weather this week, and State Climatologist Barry Keim says we could get the coolest temperatures of the season by Wednesday. He says by Friday things will feel warmer as another cold front approaches…:
