A Clinton man police allege killed three and injured one in East Feliciana and East Baton Rouge Parishes is in custody. Police say 36-year-old Ryan Sharpe shot and killed 66-year-old Carroll Breeden, 62-year-old Thomas Bass and Brad DeFranceshi since July. He also injured 47-year-old Buck Hornsby last month.
