The East Felciana Sheriff’s Office has called in the FBI after another fatal rural shooting. The latest victim is a well known member of the boy scouts, 48-year-old Brad DeFrancheschi. Two other middle aged white men have been killed since July in a similar, drive by shooting manner. East Feliciana Chief Criminal Deputy Greg Phares says they know locals are concerned:
