A survey from the Morning Consult group finds that President Donald Trump’s approval rating has declined in all 50 states since January. The report shows the President’s approval rating was 59-percent and now it’s down to 57-percent. ULM Political Science Professor, Doctor Joshua Stockley, says Trump’s failure to establish policies he promised during the campaign, could be a reason for the small decline….

The Morning Consult’s report says Mr. Trump’s approval rating in Louisiana is the fourth highest in the nation after Wyoming, West Virginia and Alabama.

Alexandria Police arrested an employee at Rapides Regional Medical Center for allegedly raping a patient who is suffering from dementia. It’s been reported another employee caught 27-year-old Juantavies White of Alexandria in the act. White has been charged with first-degree rape.
Lafayette Police charge a Baton Rouge man with negiligent homicide after he allegedly injected silicone in a woman, who later died. Corporal Karl Ratcliff says 33-year-old Vincent Jamal Boles did the injections inside a Lafayette hotel room and they urge others who may have had contact with him to come forward….

Monroe-based Flying Tiger Brewery will donate a portion of its revenues from the sales of their latest brew, War Hawk, to the University of Lousiaina-Monroe foundation scholarship fund. Flying Tiger co-owner Robert Brewer says War Hawk will be available on tap in Ouachita Parish and in cans in the future…
