A Mississippi man, who told authorities he was on his way to see a voodoo doctor, has been arrested after crashing through a fence at the Slidell Municipal Airport. Detective Daniel Seuzeneau with Slidell Police says they received a call yesterday morning of a vehicle that ran into a utility pole. He says 43-year-old Kevin Bolton told authorities he thought he was being chased:

Seuzeneau says Bolton has been charged with careless operation and hit and run.

Shreveport Police have released the identity of a man killed in a shooting incident on Interstate 20 east early yesterday morning. They had already identified the driver of the vehicle, 22-year-old Kenyon Frazier who they say sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was sent to the hospital with life threatening injuries. The passenger who died is 22-year-old Dandre Brown. Authorities still aren’t sure who is responsible for the shootings and are asking for help from the public.
