Senator Bill Cassidy’s attempt to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act is dead. Cassidy and co-author South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham say there are not enough votes. In recent days, Republican Senators John McCain, Rand Paul and Susan Collins all announced their opposition to the Obamacare repeal.
