The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested the niece of a Sulphur woman found dead in her home with second degree murder. Commander James McGee the victim -Sixty-six year-old Pamela Parker- was a retired nurse with a big heart, who would let narcotics users stay in a shed on her property. The suspect,-54 year-old Sarah Parker- made the 9-1-1 call in July…
