The Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office says they aren’t going to press charges against a 7-year-old who allegedly shot his aunt two times claiming she wasn’t feeding him. They say the law indicates the child can not form intent, so he can’t be held criminally liable. The aunt is recovering. Apparently the child has behavior problems and his mother had already given up custody.
