Today the flood recovery board is looking at expanding the homeowner assistance program at the recommendation of Governor John Bel Edwards. He wants grant amounts to be higher and also include homeowners who had flood insurance. He reminds flood victims you cannot get assistance without completing the survey at Restore.La.Gov…:
