The First Circuit Court of Appeals heard arguments in the case of Governor John Bel Edwards’ executive order protecting the LGBT community from employment or service discrimination. Attorney General Jeff Landry has already won one battle in challenging the constitutionality of the order, and the governor appealed that decision.
