Baton Rouge Police have arrested a teenager in the death of the Tennessee trucker who was robbed then fatally shot while changing a tire in a parking lot Tuesday morning. They say 18-year-old Landry Carter is facing charges of first-degree murder and multiple counts of armed robbery.
