Louisiana Tech Athletic Director Tommy McClelland gave the media a tour of the new press box and executive suites at Joe Aillet Stadium Wednesday. He said the $16.7 million facility upgrade, is still on schedule to be finished before the Bulldogs’ 2017 season opener on Sept. 2 versus Northwestern State.
