After an almost 4-day long search, the Baton Rouge man accused of fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend turned himself in to police. BRPD says 52-year-old Robert Antoine is charged with second degree murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery and illegal use of a weapon. Cops believe 41-year-old Monique Maxie was exiting a vehicle when Antoine shot her multiple times.
