A memorial will take place in Baton Rouge this afternoon to honor the 3 officers that were killed a year ago this Monday, as 40 bikers who’ve been peddling from Dallas roll in. The Texas Brotherhood Ride left LSU-Eunice this morning and are slated to be at the BRPD Headquarters around 4.
