The lawyer for one of the Black Lives Matter activists being sued by an injured officer in the deadly Baton Rouge ambush last year says you can’t sue the movement. The suit claims Black Lives Matter aggravated the violence that ultimately lead Gavin Long to the attack that killed three cops and injured three. Legal analyst Tim Meche believes this suit is about politics:

The suit’s description of the plaintiff matches East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Deputy Nicholas Tullier who is still hospitalized.
