South Louisiana Congressman Clay Higgins has taken down his controversial video, shot at a Nazi concentration camp in Poland and has apologized for any unintended pain it created. Higgins said in the video that nobody should ever forget what happened at Auschwitz and America should never let it’s guard down…

On the one-year anniversary of Alton Sterling’s death, seven New Black Panther Party members were arrested while protesting outside of the Baton Rouge Police headquarters. Police say members of the party tried to storm the police barricade and one party member allegedly had a taser in his hand. Those arrested are facing misemeanor charges.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans heard arguments today in the case of a Rastafarian inmate with dreadlocks who doesn’t want to cut his hair as prison rules state because it goes against his religious beliefs. ACLU of Louisiana Executive Director Marjorie Esman says they filed the suit against the Department of Corrections on behalf of Christopher Ware…:
