Seven of the nine colleges that make up the University of Louisiana System will implement a nearly 3% increase in student fees beginning in the fall. But System president Dr. Jim Henderson says that’s the lowest increase in a decade. He says compared to other states in the region, Louisiana ranks 7th for tuition and fees per student, but 15th in state support…:
