LSU will live to play another day following an incredible pitching performance by the Tigers in a 3-1 win over No. 1 Oregon State to advance in the College World Series. Ace Alex Lange went 115 pitches before Zack Hess took over in the 8th to finish off the Beavers. The two will face off again in a win or go home contest today at 2pm.

More Louisiana students are graduating than ever. That’s according to State Education Superintendent John White, who says 35-hundred more students graduated in 2016 than in 2012. He says we’re moving towards greater graduation rates and higher levels of education for kids who graduate from high school..:
