A bill that would raise the minimum GPA from 2.50 to 2.75 to receive the TOPS scholarship was approved by the House Education committee on a nine to three vote. A 12-year-old is dead after cops say he accidentally shot himself in the head. Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot says the boy was handling a semi-automatic handgun…:
