Governor John Bel Edwards today announced Graphic Packaging International will make a combined $274 million dollar capital investment in Northeast Louisiana and develop a folding carton plant and logistics center in Monroe. He says the company will continue to invest in its paper mill in West Monroe, retaining over 800 jobs and the new project creating 93 new jobs.
