The Tigers wild 30-27 victory over Florida was win number 100 at LSU for Coach Les Miles. “The Mad Hatter” joins Charles McClendon as the only two coaches in LSU history to win at least 100 games. LSU running back Leonard Fournette is the Louisiana Sports Writers Association’s College Football Offensive Player of the Week. Saturday against Florida, Fournette rushed for a career-best 140 yards and scored two touchdowns. Nicholls State’s Davin Bovie is the Defensive Player of the Week and Andy Wickman, from Northwestern State, is the Special Teams Player of the Week.
