Edwards says he will not ask legislators to raise taxes, but he is proposing 119-million dollars be taken out of the rainy day fund.

The Webster Parish Convention and Visitor’s Bureau has a new social media policy in response to what happened last December when tourism director Lynn Dorsey accidentially video herself nude on Instagram. The stream was supposed to be private and intended for her husband. A Shreveport TV station reports Dorsey will appear at a special meeting on February 13th.
