An 18-year-old father faces a charge of cruelty to a juvenile for allegedy shaking a one-month old child violently. Authorities arrested Stephen Michael Dufrense of Mandeville after interviewing him. Mandeville Police Chief Gerald Sticker says the infant is in critical condition at Children’s Hospital in New Orleans…
