A south Louisiana husband and wife in their 20s have been arrested for cruelty to juveniles. Chief Deputy Mike Haley with the Washington Parish Sheriff’s office says deputies the home of Jessie and Kayla Hoyt found the home in complete disarray, the children were not bathed or fed regularary and sometimes were kept locked in the bedroom during the day. Haley they are relieved the children have been removed from this terrible situation…

The Hoyt’s have been charged with four counts of cruelty to juveniles.

Homer Police Chief Russell Mills told a Shreveport TV station that 45-year-old Russell Moseley was likely electrocuted after he tried to illegally hook up cable for a resident of low-income housing apartments. Moseley’s body was sent to Little Rock for an autopsy.
