A new Congress began its 2017 session today. It started with Louisiana’s newest U.S Senator John Kennedy taking the oath of office. There are two other new members to Louisiana’s Congressional delegation. Republicans Clay Higgins and Mike Johnson. All three were victorious in run-off elections last month.
