Originally charged with second degree murder, the jury in the Cardell Hayes trial returned a verdict of manslaughter for killing former Saints star Will Smith. Hayes took the stand himself and Loyola Law Professor Dane Ciolino says his testimony wasn’t consistent with the facts which made his self-defense claims less credible…:
