The search continues for the shooters responsible for the death of 25-year-old Demontris Toliver of Baton Rouge, who was fatally shot over the weekend in the one-hundred block of Bourbon Street in New Orleans. Police Superintendent Michael Harrison says they had around 40 officers in the area at the time…
