How Louisiana plans to close a 315-million dollar budget deficit will be discussed with state lawmakers on Friday. The budget gap was created when the state closed the books on last fiscal year and ended up spending more than what they took in. State agencies and colleges have been asked to prepare for budget cuts of up to 10-percent.
