The man accused of killing a Raising Cane’s store manager pleaded not guilty today in Jefferson Parish. 24-year-old Joshua Every is charged with first degree murder and armed robbery in connection with the brutal killing of Taylor Friloux at the establishment where she was working in Kenner. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty for Every.
Law enforcement are raising awareness about Louisiana’s “move over” law this week during the National Move Over Campaign.
