State Police has released more information about the fatal shooting of St. John Parish deputy, Lt. Nolan Anderson, who was killed by fellow law enforcement last week. Trooper Melissa Matey says when cops arrived they heard several shots being fired inside the home…

The University of Louisiana at Lafayette Police Department says a linebacker was arrested this week on domestic abuse battery charges. Sergeant Bill Abrams says based on statements from the victim and also video evidence they arrested Christian Hill. He says they are unsure of the condition of the victim at this time…
