A Lafayette man born in a refugee camp has sued over a 2015 state law that doesn’t allow him to get married, because he doesn’t have a birth certificate. Shreveport police have identified four suspects, including a seven-year-old girl, who were involved in a break-in at a Judson Elementary School on Monday morning.
