The American Press in Lake Charles is reporting that a Calcasieu Parish School Board member was arrested in San Diego on a charge of indecent exposure. Police say 54-year-old Chuck Hansen of Sulphur was driving and slowed down to talk with a 17-year-old girl walking down the street. The victim told authorities that when she walked over to the vehicle, Hansen was masturbating and then drove away.
