Two Destrehan High School teachers have been suspended without pay and face criminal charges for allegedly having sex with a student. Jeff Palermo has the story…:

State Police say a man from Colfax died after being ejected from his truck that was hit by a train. They say 66-year-old Drewey Holsomback was not buckled up when he didn’t yield to the train as he was traveling on a road near Highway 8 east of Colfax in Grant Parish. Investigators say the truck was hit on the passenger’s side by the train and Holsomback suffered fatal injuries on the scene.
