A spending bill that contains millions of dollars to help Louisiana’s flood recovery has been blocked by Senate Democrats. That’s because they want funding to help Flint, Michigan with their tainted water. Republican Senator Bill Cassidy remains hopeful Congress will approve flood recovery dollars.
