Monroe Police have arrested a man wanted for murder for an argument over a cell phone. The victim-James Atwell-who was injured in the attack at his apartment complex-died yesterday morning and twenty year-old Christopher Robinson was booked on 2nd-degree murder charges.

The case of the bomb threat last week at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette that closed the campus down an entire day now has a man in custody for the crime.
