State Police say new charges have been handed down against the illegal immigrant who was behind the wheel of a bus that hit a stopped fire truck and killed three people last week, including a fire chief. 37-year-old Denis Yasmir Amaya Rodrigquez faces three negligent homicide counts, 41 counts of negligent injuring and many other charges. Trooper Melissa Matey says the feds are investigating the bus company….
