Security video shows a fatal shooting between a Jefferson Parish sheriff’s deputy and a man who is suspected to be involved in a robbery. The video from a newspaper warehouse in Metairie shows what appears to be a man holding a gun and pointing it at a deputy, who then fired his weapon. The man killed has been identified as 17-year-old Devon Martes.
