The funeral for East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff deputy Brad Garafola will is being held today and will be sure to generate more tears. Garafola was shot and killed as he ran to the aid of an officer down. Governor John Bel Edwards will attend today at 2pm at the Istrouma Baptist Church in Baton Rouge. Corporal Montrell Jackson’s funeral will be held Monday. Jackson was a 10 year veteran of the Baton Rouge Police Department and the father of a new baby boy.
