At the scene where three Baton Rouge police officers were fatally shot, members of a saddened community are placing flowers and balloons to express their support for the fallen officers. A Louisiana Senator is facing his second arrest for domestic abuse charges. The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office says Senator Troy Brown was booked Sunday on charges stemming from allegations that he bit his wife on the arm during an altercation. Brown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic abuse.
