Former DHH Secretary Bruce Greenstein has been indicted by a grand jury for perjury. The charges stem from allegations Greenstein lied about having contact his former employer that was awarded a MAJOR state Medicaid contract. Assistant Attorney General David Caldwell says corruption needs to stop in Louisiana…:

Greenstein’s attorney John McLindon says his client is friends with the guys at CNSI and they weren’t discussing the contract.

State Police say a 14-year-old high school freshman from Houma was allegedly shot by a Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s deputy. Trooper Evan Harrell says someone called 911 Tuesday to report people were running into an abandoned home armed with weapons. He says they aren’t sure what happened when cops arrived…:
