Good news for those looking for work in northeast Louisiana. Kinder Morgan plans to expand its pipeline operation in Madison, Richland, Franklin and Rapides parishes, which means 300 construction jobs in these areas. Kinder Morgan spokesperson Allen Fore, says the jobs start out pay is between 20 and 30 dollars…

Fore says construction jobs will be available next year and the project will be finished in 2018.

Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff deputies arrest five individuals after they allegedly kept an autistic 22-year-old woman locked up in a cage at a residence in Amite. Jeff Palermo has more on this disturbing story…:

The parents of a two-year-old boy found in a pastic garbage bag on a levee in Jefferson Parish are behind bars this morning. Twenty-one-year-old Gabrielle Whittington and Onterio Thompson have been charged with unlawful disposal of human remains and obstruction of justice. The coroner estimates the child may have been buried in the ground for at least two weeks and there’s no obvious cause of death, because the body was badly decomposed
